Latias in Pokémon GO: Learn the new way to get Latias

Latias and Latios

Latios and Latias, 2 of Hoenn’s most iconic legendary creatures, have been available for a long time in Pokémon GO . However, until now, the only way to obtain them is through Raid battles. Fortunately, that is about to change.

Through a publication on its website , Niantic reported that Latios, Latias, Lugia and Ho-Oh will soon be part of the research achievements. These creatures will be available from May 1 until the end of June. That these legendaries reach the research achievements will surely cheer several, especially those who live far from a gym or who lack a local community with which to confront the Raids.

This is the way to get Latias

In case you do not know, the research achievements are challenges that you can get in PokéStop and which are related to different elements of the game. Once you complete a certain amount you will unlock a reward, which is to have the chance to catch a legendary creature.

Later, Niantic reported that it prepared changes for the eggs. Thanks to this, from today you will be able to obtain different creatures in the eggs of 2, 5 and 10 kilometers. Check which are below:

  • Eggs 2 km – Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup, Bonsly and others.
  • Eggs of 5 km – Cubone, Combee, Buizel, Glameow, Bronzor, Skorupi, Croagunk and others.
  • Eggs of 10 km – Cubone, Combee, Buizel, Glameow, Bronzor, Skorupi, Croagunk and others.

What do you think of these changes? Are you excited to catch any of these creatures? Tell us in the comments.

In other news, Niantic announced a new event in which it will be easier to capture Meltan in Pokémon GO . On the other hand, the company also announced what will be the Pokémon that you can get on Community Day to be held in May .
