Pokémon GO: how to get Sinnoh Stone, Improvement and more

We explain how to get all Pokémon GO evolution objects: Sinnoh Stone, Dragon Scale, King Rock, Metal Rev., Solar Stone and Improvement.

Some of the Pokémon GO creatures , the Niantic game for iPhone and Android, can only evolve with evolutionary objects. There are six different ones and each of them is achieved through different methods. In this article we explain how to get them and what Pokémon evolve with these items.

Stone Sinnoh

The Sinnoh Stone can be obtained by claiming the reward after completing seven research tasks or participating in coaching matches , although neither of the two actions is guaranteed to be obtained.

The Pokémon that evolve through Sinnoh stone are the following:

  • Aipom to Ambipom
  • Dusclops to Dusknoir
  • Electabuzz to Electivire
  • Gligar to Gliscor
  • Kirlia Macho to Gallade
  • Lickitung to Lickilicky
  • Magmar to Magmortar
  • Misdreavus to Mismagius
  • Murkrow to Honchkrow
  • Piloswine to Mamoswine
  • Porygon2 to Porygon-Z
  • Rhydon to Rhyperior
  • Roselia to Roserade
  • Sneasel to Weavel
  • Snorunt Female to Froslass
  • Tangela to Tangrowth
  • Togetic to Togekiss
  • Yanma to Yanmega

Flake Dragon

There is a small chance of getting it by rotating a Photodisk in a Poképarada or Gym. Players will receive a random stone by rotating a Fotodisco for the seventh consecutive day, except for the Sinnoh Stone.

This stone is used to evolve a Seadra to Kingdra, for which 100 Horsea candies will be needed.

Rock of the King

There is a small chance of getting it by rotating a Photodisk in a Poképarada or Gym. Players will receive a random stone by rotating a Fotodisco for the seventh consecutive day, except for the Sinnoh Stone.

This stone serves to evolve a Poliwhirl to Politoed, for which 100 Poliwag candies will be necessary.

It also allows you to evolve a Slowpoke to Slowking, needing 50 Slowpoke candies for it.

Metallic coating

There is a small chance of getting it by rotating a Photodisk in a Poképarada or Gym. Players will receive a random stone by rotating a Fotodisco for the seventh consecutive day, except for the Sinnoh Stone.

To obtain Steelix and / or Scizor it is necessary to evolve an Onix and / or Scyther with 50 candies of said Pokémon and a metallic coating.

Solar Stone

There is a small chance of getting it by rotating a Photodisk in a Poképarada or Gym. Players will receive a random stone by rotating a Fotodisco for the seventh consecutive day, except for the Sinnoh Stone.

It serves to evolve a Gloom to Bellossom, for which it will take the stone and 100 Oddish sweets.

It also allows to evolve, with 50 Sunkern candies , this Pokémon to Sunflora.

Improvement

There is a small chance of getting it by rotating a Photodisk in a Poképarada or Gym. Players will receive a random stone by rotating a Fotodisco for the seventh consecutive day, except for the Sinnoh Stone.

Porygon can only evolve to Porygon2 by giving him 25 candy from the Pokémon and the Improvement item.
